PROPERTY PROTECTION

InventHelp® occasionally publishes information and links to information we think may be of interest to inventors. Below is information about resolutions proposed in Michigan’s State House and State Senate.

On October 30 and November 5, 2003, respectively, SR 188 and HR 164, entitled “Intellectual Property Protection,” were introduced to the Michigan Senate Committee on Commerce and Labor and Michigan House Committee on Commerce. The resolutions urge Congress to expand its efforts in protecting the intellectual property rights of domestic businesses and individuals through the World Trade Organization and World Intellectual Property Organization.
