InventHelp® Employee Honored as "Woman of the Year in Business"

Judy KinloughEach year Womansplace, a non-profit agency that works to put an end to domestic violence, honors 10 extraordinary women for exceptional work and dedication to both their careers and their communities. Judy Kinlough, an InventHelp employee since 1992, was one of the 2007 recipients – garnering the award for "Woman of the Year in Business."

Judy began her career with InventHelp as an illustrator in the Creative Services Department, and currently works as Production Coordinator in the Communications Department. She also is involved each year with INPEX, our international trade show, which showcases inventions and inventors from around the world.

Throughout her career at InventHelp, Judy has worked with Human Resources to make sure the company remains active in the area of community service. She spearheads the annual Toys for Tots Campaign, organizes the Salvation Army Food Bank Drive, collects and distributes clothes and hygienic products for local homeless shelters, and plans and organizes children's games for company and community events.

In 2005, Judy's fellow employees honored her with the Ben Franklin Award for best exemplifying InventHelp's core values of "fairness and honesty, strong work ethic, caring about people, being results-oriented and possessing a can-do attitude." Her warmhearted personality, infinite willingness to help co-workers and devotion to bettering the lives of those less fortunate earned Judy an overwhelming majority of votes for the employee-elected award.

In addition to her community-service work through InventHelp, Judy also is an active volunteer with Auberle, an agency dedicated to the mission of caring for and healing abused, neglected and troubled children throughout Southwestern Pennsylvania. Her work with Auberle over the past decade has involved organizing and participating in a number of different activities, including weekly involvement in Academix, a tutoring and enrichment program for junior boys ages 8-13.

Both in the corporate world and in her volunteer work, Judy is a team player who doesn't have the word "can't" in her vocabulary. What some people see as a hassle, she sees as an opportunity to help others. InventHelp congratulates Judy on her "Woman of the Year" award, and graciously thanks her for all her hard work and dedication over the years.
