The Akron Global Polymer Academy (AGPA) of The University of Akron is hosting the third annual Rubber Band Contest for students currently in grades 5 - 8. Students have the chance to show their ingenuity by creating an original invention that incorporates rubber bands. September 30th will mark the start of the 6th Taipei International Invention Show & Technomart, held at the Taipei World Trade Center Exhibition Hall. This Year’s exhibition themes include "intelligent life", "health and medical care" and "green energy," and the event is expected to attract more than 80,000 visitors.
