2006 ERA Invention Showcase Preview

If you ever watch television, chances are you've seen (or even bought) a product from a home shopping program. At INPEX® 2006, members of the Electronic Retailing Association (ERA) conducted product reviews for a number of exhibitors. Now, a number of inventors from this year's show are gearing up to head to Las Vegas for the 16th Annual ERA Conference & Exposition, held at the Mirage in Las Vegas, September 10-12, 2006.

Wendi Cooper, President and CEO of C Spot Run Productions and Chair of this year's ERA Showcase Panel, presented "Breaking Down Walls and Building Brand Awareness" at INPEX this year. The program educated inventors on alternative methods to pursue marking goals and how to use Direct Response to build brand awareness.

INPEX exhibitors who were pre-selected by the ERA had the opportunity to demonstrate their product to a panel of direct response marketing experts and gain valuable feedback on its marketability on TV, online and radio. Selected inventors were then invited to participate in the ERA Invention Showcase, which is part of the larger ERA Conference & Exposition.

2006 ERA Invention ShowcaseGreg Bruce, the inventor of CATTs™ (Conditioning Air-Tube Trainers), was one of the INPEX exhibitors selected to attend the ERA Invention Showcase. Bruce said he's looking forward to the opportunity to present his product at the ERA's show. "It's my goal to have my invention available soon," he said.
